I was contacted a week ago by a person with knowledge of John Hoff's past and they told me that he has been arrested in the past for possession of marijuana. They gave me the approximate year and where he was living at the time. According to my source, Johnny Northside was living in Seattle and the arrest came around 1998. I am having the King County records looked at to see if the records can be found and confirmed.
We already know Johns hero (Abbie Hoffman) was a known cocaine user and the artist that drew the cover for his books (Ace Backwords) is a heavy user as well. Wouldn't it be a kick in the ass if his arrest can be confirmed?
I am still having the records investigated and I will update the blog when it is confirmed.

Just found this site and the wordpress blog. AWESOME! I love it! You can't possibly know how many people can't stand this egomaniac asshole. Then again, maybe you do, or else you wouldn't warn of the danger he presents to North Minneapolis. I was starting to wonder whether the Northside deserves to be a dysfunctional mess if people are so gullible to listen to this nutjob's obvious psychotic two-faced rants. He uses manipulative 'revitalization' talk to mask his dark, negative energy and consistent uncontrollable criticisms of others.

No, I wasn't able to confirm that he was arrested for this. However, I was able to confirm other arrests that were made for other offenses that have been published on this site.
