Where is Johnny Northside When Really Needed?

 The most vocal, most self-promoting, attention hungry and self-proclaimed "Northside Revitalizer", John Hoff aka Johnny Northside is nowhere to be found. In fact, it would appear that a lot of residents of North Minneapolis have also been missing, according to the StarTribune and KARE11.

The story published on June 21, 2011, is more of a plea to the public to volunteer for operation "Clean Sweep" which is to help with the clean up efforts in areas hit by last month's tornado. Did I mention that the tornado was LAST MONTH?

A friend of mine posted the link on her FaceBook wall and then commented about the clean up efforts in St. Anthony after a tornado hit there in 1984. I was in 7th grade at St Anthony Middle School at that time and recall how much damage that tornado caused. Apache Plaza had just been given a facelift and was never able to really recover after being in the path of that tornado.
I remember walking around outside just minutes after the storm passed and saw residents everywhere, asking if everyone was ok or if anyone needed anything. In the days that followed, virtually everyone who lived in the path the tornado took and others who lived close by, was outside working on cleaning up the debris and trash caused by the storm. Within a week, residents and volunteers had everything cleaned up yet North Minneapolis is having to recruit volunteers from elsewhere because, not enough NoMi residents have come out to help their own neighborhood.

I know there have been a lot of residents of North Minneapolis who have been out helping with the efforts on a daily basis and this post is not directed at them.
The author of this blog as well as many of its readers would like to know, "Where IS Johnny Northside?" Not only has Johnny not been spotted in or around No-Mi but, his blog has seen only three total posts thus far in the month of June.

Perhaps sometime and maybe sooner than later, the people who support or deal with JNS will start to see what this blog has said since it was started... Johnny Northside aka John Hoff, cares only about John Hoff and the attention he can bring himself using anyone or anything along the way.

The People Vs. Johnny Northside - You Decide

One thing I have learned about myself over the past three years is that I will go out of my way to help and stand by a friend. I knew that in doing so, the attack dogs would be sent after me and they have. The biggest of those attack dogs has actually turned out to be a gorilla. An "800 Pound Gorilla" to be exact.

My encounters with the 800 pound gorilla was mostly in defense of my friend. When the events surrounding my friend came to a close, I kept an eye on the 800PG (Pound Gorilla) and saw that it went about attacking others as it had with me, using tactics such as bullying, force and threats, etc..

This 800PG has a goal... A Vision and, a history of using Mafia-like tactics to get what it wants and God help you if you dare cross this 800PG!

Another thing I have learned in the past three years is how to C.Y.A.

In this world we live in, there are simply too many people who will lie, cheat and go to extremes to either get themselves out of trouble or to get someone else in trouble. I was forced to stand by and watch as my friend was crucified by the media, individuals, politicians and.... An 800 Pound Gorilla!

It didn't take me long to realize that it would be a no-win situation every time I went against the 800PG due to the fact that it didn't play by the rules. What is worse is the 800PG broke the rules and made new ones up as it continued on its quest for "Dominance."

Always, always COVER YOUR ASS! You never know when you might need proof that an 800 Pound Gorilla named John Hoff, will attack you. CYA for me means recording phone calls, taking screen shots of web sites to document information before it is deleted, video recording encounters and saving emails are all things that I have done in order to protect myself and warn others about this savage... Monkey. These things will be posted here for the public to decide for themselves.

I am no expert on Primates but, I have taken note of a few of their characteristics. The first is obvious. Gorillas have incredible physical strength. Others are that they are territorial and they appear to have an attitude of "open up a can of whoop-ass, then we can talk."

The one that stands out in my mind is the fact that while they are a force that are not to be taken lightly, they are after all, a primate. A gorilla. A Monkey and they are not the smartest animals on the face of the earth. At least not when compared to humans. The 800 Pound Gorilla has been tearing through people on its quest to be Johnny Northside while I have been covering my ass, waiting for the time to let the people know that a gorilla lurks in N Minneapolis. The good news is that common sense and logical thinking (along with CYA) are the tools that are needed to cast this monkey out of its territory where it will need to find another place to be its stomping ground. North Dakota and Seattle has already dealt with this gorilla so, it won't be going to either of those places.

This post marks the first of many to come in my quest. My quest to offer the public honest proof of the fact that there is a brutal, viscous 800 Pound Gorilla on the rampage in North Minneapolis and it is disguised as a fellow named John Hoff, otherwise known as Johnny Northside.

We need to have some fun along the way as well. So, I have some stuff that will poke fun at the monkey for our entertainment.
