Blogger Johnny Northside Lies to the V.A., the Public and a Judge. Then Begs for "MERCY"

In 2010, blogger John Hoff AKA Johnny Northside was behind in his child support payments and his ex-wife finally took him to court over it.
Some readers may recall that Hoff claimed on his blog that he was never in arrears but, this document clearly shows that he was behind. The document is written by John Hoff and the majority of it is written in the third person as Hoff was acting as his own attorney.

It is really a LONG document to read but, to put it bluntly... It is one of the most entertaining things that Hoff has ever written. Of course, I mean that in a sarcastic tone because, in reality it is disturbing how Hoff took so much time and effort to deflect any blame in the matter while constantly blaming every bump in his road of life as an adult on his ex-wife. Hoff contradicts himself many times in his "plea for mercy" and lied about several things as the document was drafted in his own defense to the presiding judge in the support case.

I will post proof that Hoff lied to:  The judge in the support case. The Veteran's Administration AND to his readers of his blog and the general public. Hoff is a compulsive liar and he commonly lies while attempting to cover any number of his past lies. In the end, Hoff probably can't tell the difference between the truth and one of his lies. I will say that in my opinion, Hoff may not be capable of accepting the truth and therefore, he might not realize that he has lied about something. Regardless, what is posted here was all written by Hoff himself. I am merely documenting his lies and misrepresentations for the readers to see for themselves.

I have copied several parts of the document and converted them into .jpg files for those of you that don't wish to endure reading the 24-page "woe is me" plea for mercy by Hoff.

So... What do ya say? Let's get on with the Hoff lies!

This part of the "have mercy" document shows Hoff in (2000) blaming his ex wife for "completely" looting and "devastating" his credit. He goes on to claim he took "most" of his money out of his 401K to live on. (click on pic to see full size)

What do you know but, just a short time after he claimed his credit was ruined and he nearly maxed out his 401K, he tells the judge how he managed to buy his $3,800 property in Inkster, ND...

Maybe he had a second credit file and his 401K hit the lotto? I would think the judge would have noticed his lie with that. I will come back to his credit situation in a minute.
We now move along to his big lie to, well I would say he lied to everyone about his VA status as an injured vet. Here is what he told the judge about his sudden stroke of luck with the VA!

With what I am going to post next, it is quite clear that none of the above statement is true. With the help of some great anti-Hoff friends, I was sent Hoff's VA disability document!
First, I am showing another lie about the VA disability that Hoff told the judge. Note the last sentence of it...

Did everyone get that? Hoff told the judge that the VA considers him a 30% disabled vet. That is THIRTY percent. Wait! Something is not right about that. How could he be 30% disabled when the VA says otherwise? Have a look at the following... (click on pic to view full size)

The yellow highlight w red arrow on the top clearly says that the VA gave him a 20% disability. TWENTY... Not THIRTY! Look below at the middle of the page at the second yellow highlight. It says that there is no evidence to warrant a change with the 20% status. That tells me that Hoff had been after them all along trying to milk a little more out of them.
Remember the stroke of luck with the "long dormant" VA appeal? Well, look at the third yellow highlight where the VA tells him, "Since you have continuously prosecuted your claim from the date we received it." Hoff had been after them again and again with his petty claims to wear the VA down so they will give him money. Then look at the blue highlight with the red arrow... The VA states: "Both legs are 39 inches bilaterally" and just before that they said there was "no evidence of functional leg length discrepancy." 
Wait a minute... That can't be true because, Hoff has told his readers that he suffered a serious leg injury that left him permanently disabled. In fact, here is a screen shot of where he said that on his blog and below that is the VA repeating that Hoff had told them previously that both his legs were the same length.

Did you all see that? Hoff tells people that one leg is a full TWO INCHES shorter than the other when in fact, as the documentation shows... Is a lie! Hoff still asks for donations on his blog to help defend the first amendment and he claims his blog only tells the truth. The documents above clearly show that John Hoff aka Johnny Northside is a LIAR and he has lied to the public, a judge and the VA.  What a role model Hoff is to us all (sarcasm).

How about a little more to upset your stomach? Hoff said the following to the Judge about his efforts as an activist in Minneapolis...

He actually said, "extraordinary citizenship." I fail to see how someone who lies as he has can see himself as an upstanding citizen.
However, I saved the best for last. Take note of what Hoff tells the judge he has offered to do many times...

Good LORD! I don't know where to start with those three paragraphs! He noted that the record will reflect that he had repeatedly OFFERED to go to JAIL in exchange for his past due child support being wiped out!!! He is really SERIOUS about that! Maybe Hoff doesn't understand that child support is NOT some sort of fine or monetary penalty but, it is actually money that is supposed to be paid to SUPPORT his CHILD! Hoff states in the long document several times that his ex wife makes good money now and because of that he seems to think that his contribution of child support is not needed. Maybe his ex doesn't need it. I don't know but, the fact is, John Hoff is a father and his 24-page "have mercy" slew of woe is me and lies is a despicable attempt to avoid taking responsibility as a father. AND he blames everyone along the way except himself.

This last part is my personal opinion....
Upon reading Hoff's lies and attempts to avoid responsibility as a father, I can honestly say that I find it disgraceful that he attacks anyone with his blog. His favorite targets are slum lords, criminals and level 3 sex offenders..... All of those are people the general public will tolerate someone like Hoff attacking but, with the documents that I read and have shown in this post, I will be so bold as to suggest that John Hoff is LOWER than any of the three groups that he attacks. It is moments like this that make me embarrassed be an American along side Hoff. He is no hero. He is lower than a zero!
